Low yields and thick skins from ripe Sangiovese account for Valdicava's unique style. The wines are deeply colored, opulent and very structured. Ripe cherry, plum, raspberry, earth and almond flavors combine in this supple red. Vivid and well-defined by the sleek structure, ending with earth, wild herb and mineral accents.
