Shipping

Any order of at least $75 is eligible to be shipped to a valid Canadian address via Canada Post. Your shipping charge at checkout will be determined by the size of your order and your location.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, after which you will receive tracking information.  Canada Post ships on regular business days only, Monday to Friday.

Upon delivery, someone of legal drinking age in your province must be present to receive and authorize the delivery.

By placing an order on this site, you authorize us to arrange shipping on your behalf with our courier(s) and acknowledge you are aware of the liquor laws where you reside. You will be liable for any violations of said liquor laws. We make no legal representation regarding your right to import liquor to your location from ours.

NOTE: All packs of multiple cans/bottles, such as cases of beer, are only available for local delivery or store pickup.

All orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box with no markings other than the shipping label and "Fragile" stickers. The contents are well protected with a combination of materials that we deem best accommodate the weight and dimensions of your order, including styrofoam shippers, pulp shippers, bubble wrap, and more.

All products we sell are in new condition and your order will always be thoroughly packaged to minimize the chance of breakage. However, once your order leaves our fulfilment center, we are no longer liable for it. Couriers in Canada do not insure the shipment of liquor products, and as such Liquor Lodge Canada and the couriers we use are unable to cover loss and/or damage that may occur during shipping.

You may purchase optional Route Shipping Insurance on the cart page before checkout. You will receive an email from them after checkout. In the event of a claim, please engage them rather than us.

We inspect all products before shipping to ensure the item is in perfect condition.  If you have received an item which you believe is defective for a reason other than damage due to shipping, please contact us to determine if you may be eligible for a return.  In the event that we grant a return of a product, we may charge a restocking fee of up to $20 per bottle.

Corked or Faulty Wine

Although rare, wine is sometimes corked or can be faulty for reasons that our beyond our control.  For that reason, there is always risk in buying older vintages of wine from any shop.  We do all that we can to ensure the perfect condition of our wines.   We therefore cannot accept return of wines more than 5 years old from the date of purchase and costing in excess of $80 unless the import agent or producer agrees to replace the wine which is uncommon.

As orders begin being processed as soon as they're placed, any customer requests to cancel an order are subject to a restocking fee of $20 per bottle ordered. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of being placed, after which cancellation requests are no longer accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order placed on liquorlodge.ca for any reason. In particular, we will not fulfill orders to locations that prohibit the sale of alcohol (such as dry communities) or orders we believe to be fraudulent. We may contact you directly if we believe your order to be fraudulent or otherwise suspicious. If you fail to reply to our inquiries in such a case, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Local Delivery

Any online order over $15 made on liquorlodge.ca is eligible to be delivered within the townsite of Jasper, Alberta for no extra charge! Local Jasper Deliveries must be made to a home, business address, or approved place where you are legally authorized to consume alcohol.  We will not deliver personal alcohol to a public outdoor place, public park, beach, restaurant or other facility with a liquor license.

You may schedule your delivery for the same day or 1 day in advance. You may select the time of day for your delivery within the range of 3:00pm - 9:00pm, with last call at 8:30m.

Our Pro Serve trained driver will ask for a valid government issued ID that shows you are at least 18 years of age if you look under 30 years old. Upon delivery, you may also be asked to provide the credit card used to make the purchase. Please note if the order was paid for by someone else, they would need to be present at the scheduled time of delivery. Failure to provide either could prevent your driver from completing your delivery. A $15 restocking fee may be applied if there are issues with this, so please be sure of your decision and your plan when placing your online liquor orders. We will not leave liquor at your door. You must be present to receive the delivery.

- Jasper Hotel Delivery -

Simply choose your hotel in the address section of the checkout, and add your room number.  Please be advised that we may not leave your order with hotel staff. To avoid any issues with your delivery, please schedule the order for a date and time where you will be physically present to accept it in your hotel room.

- Cancellations -

If an order has already left the store, cancellations are not guaranteed and could be subject to a restocking fee.

Any hotel or registered campsite within a maximum 10km radius is eligible for a delivery for an additional charge of $10, but if your order exceeds $100, delivery is free!
