Get Your Order!

Any online order over $15 made on liquorlodge.ca is eligible to be delivered within the townsite of Jasper, Alberta for no extra charge! Local Jasper Deliveries must be made to a home, business address, or approved place where you are legally authorized to consume alcohol.  We will not deliver personal alcohol to a public outdoor place, public park, beach, restaurant or other facility with a liquor license.

Our Pro Serve trained driver will ask for a valid government issued ID that shows you are at least 18 years of age if you look under 30 years old. Upon delivery, you may also be asked to provide the credit card used to make the purchase. Please note if the order was paid for by someone else, they would need to be present at the scheduled time of delivery. Failure to provide either could prevent your driver from completing your delivery. A $15 restocking fee may be applied if there are issues with this, so please be sure of your decision and your plan when placing your online liquor orders. We will not leave liquor at your door. You must be present to receive the delivery.

Jasper Hotel Delivery

Simply choose your hotel in the address section of the checkout, and add your room number.  Please be advised that we may not leave your order with hotel staff. To avoid any issues with your delivery, please schedule the order for a date and time where you will be physically present to accept it in your hotel room.

Outlying hotels and campsites

Any hotel or registered campsite within a maximum 10km radius is eligible for a delivery for an additional charge of $10. You may schedule your delivery for any day within 2 weeks of the order, including the same day. You may select the time of day for your delivery within the range of 3:00pm - 10:00pm, with last call at 9:30pm.

Cancellations

If an order has already left the store, cancellations are not guaranteed and could be subject to up to a $15 restocking fee.

Liquor Lodge will carefully ship a package of a maximum of 6 bottles to any eligible address within Alberta via Canada Post for $19.95. If you wish to order more than 6 bottles, or your order contains multiple larger items (such as cases of beer) you will instead be charged $34.95 to cover additional packaging.

Orders processed on our site are packaged within and sent out within 2 business days of the date of completed purchase. Couriers operate in Jasper between Monday and Friday. Barring any unexpected travel delays caused by weather or road conditions, please expect your purchase to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. An online order over $25 can only be shipped to a valid address of a home or business within Alberta. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries require a signature and a valid government issued ID that shows you are at least 18 years of age. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep or unattended.

PACKAGING AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your order will always be well packaged with a combination of materials that we deem best accommodate the weight and dimensions of your order, including styrofoam shippers, pulp shippers, bubble wrap, and more. However, once your order leaves our fulfilment center, we are no longer liable for it. Couriers in Canada do not insure the shipment of liquor products, and as such Liquor Lodge Canada and the couriers we use are unable to cover loss and/or damage that may occur during shipping.

Please adhere to the following procedure if you reside outside the Province of Alberta and wish to proceed to buy liquor on our site:

1 -     Choose Store Pickup as the delivery method. For the shipping address, do not enter your own address.  Our shipping address will appear in the address field.  Please do not change this.
2 -     Within 2 business days of the purchase, we will contact you via email with the weight and dimensions of your order which you can use to purchase a shipping label from your courier of choice. Please email us at info@liquorlodge.ca a copy of your shipping label so we can attach it to your purchase.
3 -     Your order will be available at our Patricia Street location (405 Patricia St). Please schedule your courier to pick it up. 

 

For orders heading outside Alberta, we will prepare your order in a box with protective packaging, but you must negotiate and purchase the pickup and delivery of the product yourself by whatever means you see fit. By doing so, you acknowledge you are aware of the liquor laws of the province in which you reside, and you will be liable for any violations of said liquor laws. We make no legal representation regarding your right to import liquor to your province from ours.

Customers may return any product (except gift cards) that is in saleable condition to Liquor Lodge provided it is accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. The Customer will be refunded in the applicable tender as used for the purchase. All product returns require the customer’s name, address and telephone number and the customer’s signature to acknowledge receipt of the refund. Customers returning product must also show valid, government-issued photo ID to verify their identity. If a customer does not provide this information, the return will not be processed. Liquor Lodge is not responsible for shipping charges or any other related charges incurred in returning an item. For orders exceeding $200, we will charge a 10% restocking fee.

Unopened Products

Refunds are given for unopened product in saleable condition. We cannot accept a return on any product that has been used or where the packaging has been altered in any way. Customer must have original purchase receipt.

Opened Products

Refunds or exchanges are given for spoiled wine only when the majority of the original contents are still in the bottle. Empty bottles or nearly empty bottles are not accepted for refund. Customer must have original purchase receipt. We may refuse to refund the customer based on our evaluation of the product’s condition.
