The classic Chilean table wine. A blend of old vine Pais & Cinsault, basket pressed and fermented in concrete. Then aged in the traditional, large Rauli barrels for a little over a year. The resulting wine is infinitely crunchy and bright. Hints of the indigenous wild grass surrounding the vines, cassis, smoked cranberry and other crunchy red fruits. There is a rustic wildness to this as well. Best enjoyed young, wth a slight chill. Incredibly gulpable!
