This craft whisky is finished in maple syrup barrels, creating a uniquely Canadian Whisky experience. Oak barrels used for ageing whisky are sent to a maple syrup producer to be filled with syrup and aged for 4 months. Once the maple syrup is bottled, the barrels are returned to be filled with whisky, drawing the maple flavours from the oak before bottling. Enjoy on the rocks, or use in your favorite whisky cocktail.
